That's the one where the dying criminal forehead-alien Vantika stores his mind in Dr. Bashir's brain to escape his own death.
If you have this episode on DVD, watch it again, and this time, near the end when Vantika takes over Bashir completely on the freighter, think of Zoolander. Makes it a thousand times funnier.
