Little Work Buddy

One benefit of the Kindle I had not considered: it makes the pile of stuff I have to read for my career much less intimidating when it's not actually a pile of stuff.

Before, when it actually was a pile, I'd have to make special Now We Will Be Responsible And Read The Stuff We Need To Study time. Needless to say, it took a while to get through that pile.

Although I bought the it mainly for pleasure reading, most of the stuff on it is non-fiction, work-related books and files. I find I'm getting through them so much quicker when I can just whip out the Kindle wherever.

I wish these things had been invented when I was in school. Besides the easier studying, having to haul around all those textbooks killed my back.
